Attendees have the choice of a full slate of education sessions and discussions, which are tailored to the needs of the anterior segment specialist and a variety of subspecialties within the field. Digital technologies and social media tools—Twitter hashtag, an app, the ASCRS MediaCenter, a digital magazine, and the EyeWorld Meeting Reporter—are enhancing this unique meeting experience. Either independently or together, these new tools will not only help attendees get the most out of the meeting, they will help extend the experience far beyond the walls of San Francisco's Moscone Center. Follow the meeting action on Facebook and Twitter This year, ASCRS•ASOA is introducing a new Twitter hashtag, #ASCRSASOA2013. Use and follow this hashtag to join the conversation and see what others are saying about events at the meeting. Just type in the hashtag on Twitter's search engine, while onsite or remotely, to view and join the dialogue. ASCRS•ASOA leadership will be tweeting live from the event, and ASCRS•ASOA's official Twitter feed will provide meeting updates, previews, pictures from behind the scenes, and live coverage of the exhibit floor. Photos, links, and other useful information will be available via the official ASCRS and ASOA Facebook pages.
