Harvey will be playing from November 1 to 16, with various matinee and night performances. The play tells the story of Elwood P. Dowd, his imaginary friend, Harvey, and the comedy that ensues when his sister tries to commit him to a sanitarium. Ticket prices range from $27 to $32. The concert starts at 9 p.m., with doors opening at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $30 to $55. Steve Vai is a guitarist, songwriter, and producer, whose career has spanned numerous decades. Celtic Thunder Saenger Theatre 1111 Canal St. 504-525-1052 www.saengernola.com Celtic Thunder will be performing on Sunday, November 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Saenger Theatre. Tickets range from $30 to $80. The widely known Irish group combines folk, Irish, contemporary, and other musical styles to create entertaining shows that also feature enticing lighting and choreography. The concert starts at 9 p.m., and tickets are $18 (or $20 if you purchase the day of the show). Mike Doughty boasts a number of talents, including singer, songwriter, guitar player, and poet. She has won numerous Grammys and other music awards. Ticket prices range from $50 to $150. Theater Ghost the Musical Saenger Theatre 1111 Canal St. 504-525-1052 www.saengernola.com Take advantage of the city's Broadway in New Orleans schedule and get tickets to Ghost the Musical, which is playing from November 19–24. The musical is adapted from the well-known film and features music from Grammy Award winners Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard. It tells the story of the love between two characters, Sam and Molly, and Sam's struggle as a ghost after he dies to aid Molly with the help of a psychic. The musical features music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and chronicles the story of four women who meet and come together in a department store.
