ASCRS TOPGUN 2019 San Diego Convention Center, Room 20D 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. This popular session will feature top phaco instructors from around the world sharing some of their essential pearls. 37th Film Festival Reception and Awards Ceremony San Diego Convention Center, Room 20ABC 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 X-Rounds: Refractive Cataract Surgery to the Max San Diego Convention Center, Room 20D 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Best of ASCRS 2019 San Diego Convention Center, Room 20D 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. The last general session will feature panelists sharing some of the papers they found most interesting over the course of the meeting from the "Best Paper of Session" winners. Papers are shared in cataract, refractive, cornea, and glaucoma categories. The session will also feature a panel discussion of the papers chosen. Is This the End of Fee-For-Service? San Diego Convention Center, Room 6A 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. The Government Relations session will feature Harold Miller, MS, and Steve Forbes, MA. Mastering It All San Diego Convention Center, Room 6B 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. This session is new this year and will feature presenters sharing some of their favorite surgical techniques and other pearls for being success- ful in practice. Global Efforts in Addressing Avoidable Blindness and Models of Care/Training San Diego Convention Center, Room 6CF 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. This session will feature discussion on different technologies and work to address avoidable blindness around the world. The Winning Pitch Challenge San Diego Convention Center, Room 6A 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. This new symposium is described as ophthalmology "Shark Tank" without the bite and will feature innovative ideas that were submitted ahead of the meeting. Finalists will pitch their ideas to a panel, and the winning pitch will receive a $10,000 prize. Monday, May 6 ASCRS Innovators General Session San Diego Convention Center, 20ABC 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Attendees will hear the Charles D.
