an indication that the organization provides valuable support for small practices as well as large. Forty-three percent perform fewer than 400 cataract surgeries annually, and 10% conduct more than 1,000, affirming that the society adds value for cat- aract surgeons of varied capacities. Fifty-six percent of members have been with the organization for less than 10 years, indicating a strong balance between young, developing ophthalmologists and seasoned, accomplished physicians, who often serve as mentors and teachers for their younger counterparts. All ASCRS•ASOA members are invited to participate in the ongoing digital campaign. To get involved, individuals should simply upload their picture to Twitter and/or Insta- gram and add #FacesofASCRSASOA. All images containing this hashtag are automatically populated to the webpage at faces.ascrs-asoa.org.
