shopping, or other relaxation. Pro-
gramming resumes at 4:30 p.m. with
light snacks and beverages provided
and runs until 7:00 p.m.
The meeting takes place at The
Chateau Deer Valley, a resort located
about 40 miles from Salt Lake City
in the Wasatch Mountains, just steps
away from world-class skiing. It fea-
tures onsite dining and spa services.
Area activities include snowshoeing,
snowmobile riding, snowboarding,
tubing, ice skating, dog sledding,
and visiting the Utah Olympic Park.
The resort provides shuttle
service to downtown Park City, a
historic mining town that features
an array of dining options and shop-
ping. Park City is also where much
of the Sundance Film Festival takes
place. The Sundance Film Festival,
which runs from Jan. 24–Feb. 3,
2019, draws tens of thousands of
enthusiasts, movie stars, and those
in the film industry to Park City
each year. It is recommended you
purchase viewing tickets in advance.
