T he ASCRS Young Eye Surgeons (YES) program is vital for young anterior segment ophthalmologists beginning their careers. The program engages young eye sur- geons in a meaningful way through content designed specifically to meet their unique needs. These offerings include specialized young eye surgeons programming at the ASCRS•ASOA Annual Meeting and the Combined Ophthalmic Sympo- sium, YES Advanced Cataract Train- ing, webinars run by the ASCRS YES Clinical Committee, peer-reviewed clinical reports, online learning CME modules, and more.
