The restaurant also boasts an impressive wine list with selections from California, France, Italy, Spain, and Argentina. Herbsaint 701 St. Charles Avenue 504-524-4114 www.herbsaint.com Cuisine: French and Italian inspired Southern Cuisine Another restaurant featuring Chef Donald Link, Herbsaint combines French and Italian inspirations, while still creating Southern dishes. Lunch, dinner, dessert, and bistro options are available. Herbsaint is also available for private dining for up to 50 guests. La Petite Grocery 4238 Magazine Street 504-891-3377 www.lapetitegrocery.com Cuisine: Traditional New Orleans This restaurant and bar has a rich history. Opening in 2004, the build- ing that houses La Petit Grocery is more than 100 years old. Initially, it served as a grocery and delivery store for the area, specializing in teas, cof- fees, and butter. Now, the restaurant aims to provide an authentic New Orleans dining experience. Housed in a building from the 1880s, the restaurant offers two floors of dining, as well as a bar. The southern cuisine highlights local products.
