Connect anytime, anywhere
C
ollaboration and peer-to-
peer communication are
vital aspects to the mem-
bership of ASCRS. To help
facilitate and bolster even
more interaction and discussion
between members, ASCRS unveiled
EyeConnect.
EyeConnect is ASCRS' popular
online discussion forum that allows
members to communicate directly
with each other. More than 1,400
members actively participate and
belong to one or more discussion
groups. In an effort to provide this
service to our members anytime,
anywhere, ASCRS created EyeCon-
nect 365—a mobile app where users
can interact on the go.
Using the EyeConnect 365 app,
members are able to access all avail-
able discussion communities. Users
can comment and share information
on topics such as cataract/refractive,
glaucoma, and cornea—just as they
would with the desktop platform.
The Inbox tab keeps users notified
about the latest developments from
the discussion communities users
subscribe to on EyeConnect. And,
members are kept up-to-date on all
things ASCRS, including ASCRS•
ASOA Symposium & Congress up-
dates through the Announcements
tab.
EyeConnect 365 is now avail-
able in the Apple App store and the
Google Play store. To download the
app:
• Search for EyeConnect 365 in your
relevant app store.
• Tap the app (in the Apple App
store) or select the app (in the
Google Play store).
• Tap "Get" (in the Apple App store)
or tap "Install" (in the Google Play
store).
• The app will then download to
your mobile device.
