T&N Tech Talks In 2017, ASCRS is continuing the T&N Tech Talks educational forum, which debuted at the 2016 ASCRS•ASOA Symposium & Con- gress. T&N Tech Talks is designed for technicians, nurses, orthoptists, and ophthalmic photographers. Attend- ees can participate in extensive Q&A discussions with presenters follow- ing 10-minute presentations. At the end of T&N Tech Talks, a "People's Choice" award is presented to the most interesting presentation of the session. They will discover how these experiences can not only affect their patients, but also impact their bottom line. • Dale Carnegie Training: Build- ing a Culture of Engagement— Achieving and Retaining Success: Attendees will learn how cataract surgery.
