CME 365 contains compelling and cutting- edge activities varying in credit length and format that enables users to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credits in one readily accessible, convenient location. Courses are free for ASCRS members and available to nonmem- bers for a small fee that varies on an individual course basis. While the activities in CME 365 are continual- ly refreshed with new content, some unique features have recently been added that will provide users with practical and indispensable informa- tion. Practice Management for Ophthalmologists series The Practice Management for Oph- thalmologists series is designed to provide valuable practice manage- ment education to ophthalmologists through convenient online CME activities. This series is produced by ASCRS in conjunction with the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA). The first activity in this series is "25 Hallmarks of Practice Excellence: How Does Your Practice Stand Up?" This activity was designed by ASOA to provide ophthalmologists with 25 key factors that embody the core strength of successful ophthalmic practices. Phaco FUNdamentals series Sponsored by the ASCRS Young Eye Surgeons (YES) Clinical Committee, Phaco FUNdamentals is a four-part online CME series created from we- binars recorded in 2016. The series follows a surgical resident through a variety of cases focused on basic phaco concepts, including fluidics, phacodynamics, surgical technique, and patient care. The activities in this series will be released monthly through January 2017. The first activity in this series is "Phaco FUNdamentals: Do You Know Your Machine?" This activity was designed by the YES Clinical Committee in order to identify basic parameter considerations in phaco- dynamics and evaluate the influence of other factors that may affect fluid- ics, such as wound architecture and bottle height.
