59 EW ASCRS•ASOA 2015 keratectomy, microkeratome-assisted superficial anterior lamellar kerato- plasty, long-term outcomes of deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty in keratoconus patients, and correction of high astigmatism post DALK with femtosecond laser-assisted ICRS implantation, among others. Paper Session 3-G, "Cornea Dry Eye and Biomechanics," will take place from 1–2:30 p.m. in Room 1B. Attendees will learn about topics including corneal transition layer, the ocular surface before and after orbital decompression, and corneal changes in Fuchs' endothelial dys- trophy after femtosecond laser-as- sisted cataract surgery. Tuesday, April 21 On the last day of the meeting, Paper Session 4-B, "Cornea Imaging and Topography," takes place from 8–9:30 a.m. in Room 3. Topics will include polarimetric interferometry, a new tearscope made of paper for lipid layer evaluation in tear film- related disease, and change of posterior keratometric value after cataract surgery. EW Sessions will highlight topics such as cornea surgical techniques and dry eye C ornea will be the focus of a number of courses, sympo- sia, and free paper sessions throughout the 4 days of the ASCRS•ASOA Sympo- sium & Congress. Here is informa- tion about the cornea offerings by day, including time, location, and content details. Saturday, April 18 Saturday will feature 3 free paper sessions in the subspecialty. Paper Session 1-C, "Cornea Sur- gical Techniques and Ectasia" from 1–2:30 p.m., will take place in Room 3. Topics will include limbal stem cell therapy, ocular surface stem cell transplantation, corneal coupling, and the Boston KPro. Paper Session 1-A, "Cornea Med- ications and Medical Therapy," also from 1–2:30 p.m., will take place in Room 1A. Topics to be covered in this session include punctal occlu- sion, meibomian gland dysfunction, and red light technology. Paper Session 1-L, "Cornea Crosslinking for Keratoconus," will take place from 3–4:35 p.m. in Room 5B. Topics will include corneal crosslinking in progressive keratoconus, corneal crosslinking in advanced keratoconus, and intras- tromal corneal ring implantation. Sunday, April 19 Two paper sessions on Sunday morning, both from 8–9:30 a.m., will highlight dry eye and crosslink- ing. Paper Session 2-B, "Cornea Dry Eye and MGS," will take place in Room 1B. Topics to be covered will include intense pulsed light thera- py, TBUT assessment using corneal topography, and the effect of dry eye on higher-order aberrations. Paper Session 2-F, "Cornea Crosslinking for Keratoconus Tech- niques and Comparisons" will take place in Room 5B. Topics in this session will include transepithelial corneal crosslinking for keratoconus, refractive meridional corneal cross- linking, and contact lens-assisted collagen crosslinking. In the afternoon, Paper Session 2-Q, "Cornea Surgical Techniques and Technology," will take place from 3:30–4:35 p.m. in Room 5A. Attendees will learn about visual results and endothelial outcomes for DMEK, safety in learning DMEK, and femtosecond laser-assisted cata- ract surgery combined with DMEK. "The Highlights of World Cor- nea Congress VII," jointly sponsored by ASCRS and the Cornea Society, will take place from 1–2:30 p.m. in Ballroom 20D. The session will feature information about topics including corneal infections, new technologies, ocular surface disease, selective lamellar corneal transplan- tation techniques, corneal refractive surgery, and corneal physiology and immunology. "The Fine Art of Descemet's Membrane Endothelial Keratoplas- ty" will take place from 3–4:30 p.m. in Room 6F. The course will offer tips on using DMEK in your practice and include information on patient selection, tissue handling and inser- tion, and postop management. "Pardon the Ophthalmology: Hot Topics in Cornea and External Disease" will be held from 3–4:30 p.m. in Ballroom 20ABC. Monday, April 20 "Update on Corneal Collagen Crosslinking," a symposium jointly sponsored by the Cornea Clinical Committee and Refractive Surgery Clinical Committee, will take place from 8–9:30 a.m. in Room 6A. Discussions will focus on clinical trial updates, epi-off versus epi- on technique, crosslinking in the pediatric population, non-ectatic indications, ancillary refractive treat- ments, future enhancements in UV light delivery, new technologies in riboflavin formulation and deliv- ery, complications, and regulatory perspectives. Free paper sessions on Monday include the following, starting in the morning: Paper Session 3-B, "Cornea Surgical Technique and Technology," will take place from 8–9:30 a.m. in Room 1B.
