Bausch + Lomb introduced the ZeroPhaco I/A
handpiece, a first-of-its-kind device specifi-
cally designed for femto cataract surgery.
The disposable I/A handpiece, with either
15-degree or 30-degree bevel needle, is
designed for the removal of soft cataracts
following femtosecond laser fragmentation
without the use of ultrasonic energy.

the Eidon true-color confocal scanner, a
fully automated retinal imaging system.
It combines confocal imaging and white
light illumination in order to provide
greater contrast and superior image
quality over a traditional fundus camera.

Konan Medical launched the EvokeDx, the
next-generation visual pathway diagnostics
platform to assess visual evoked potentials
(VEP) and electroretinograms (ERG). Features
include patented test strategies that are
designed to isolate and test various visual
pathways and visual functions, with Fourier-
transform frequency analysis methods, and
an all-in-one design incorporating an LED
stimulus display and an automated gaze
tracking system that helps ensure patients
are fixated correctly during the procedure.

Rayner received Food and Drug Administra-
tion 510(k) clearance for its RaySert PLUS,
an injector system for the company's C-flex
aspheric IOL. The injector has been designed
to deliver an IOL through a wound-assisted
2.2 mm clear corneal incision.

Iridex launched its Adjustable & Intuitive
Extended Reach laser probes for laser photo-
coagulation during vitreoretinal procedures.
The new probes feature both straight and an-
gled configurations, and are available in 20-,
23-, and 25-gauge models with the option of
finger or thumb actuators to smoothly guide
the extension and retraction of the laser fiber.
