"Recently, a patient was referred to me who had flawless, beautiful cataract surgery but she could no longer drive at night. Her multifocal implants were perfectly centered but she was miserable. After a variety of testing, including the OPD-Scan III, I realized she had a very large positive angle kappa. I was able to show her the problem and she agreed to go ahead with a mono-focal IOL exchange. The patient stated her life went back to normal."
