eyePAC is a voluntary, nonpartisan political action commiee organized to provide financial assistance to candidates seeking federal office who show strong support for the specialty care physician community, especially the concerns of ophthalmic surgeons and their patients. Contributions to eyePAC are used for political purposes and are purely voluntary. You will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount of your contribution or a decision not to contribute. Federal election law requires eyePAC to report the name, address, occupation, and name of employer for anyone who contributes $200.00 or more in a calendar year. Contributions from foreign nationals without green cards are prohibited. Contributions to eyePAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. 5 reasons to support If you resent the constant threat of Medicare payment cuts and the lack of inflationary adjustment for physicians over the last 20+ years. If you've spent more than a decade training and refining surgical techniques to have others question the time and intensity of cataract surgery potentially impacting reimbursement. If you want to support action and speak with a collective voice across the specialty. If you want to help ASCRS educate members of Congress on issues important to you and your practice. If you think it's important to make a difference in your profession and protect the future of anterior segment surgery. Contribute to eyePAC and be part of the collective voice advocating for the best interests of ophthalmic surgery. ASCRS.org/advocacy/eyepac
