educational program, "Growing as a Mid-level
Manager." Developed in conjunction with BSM
Consulting, this nine-module, online, interactive
curriculum is designed to focus on the professional
development of mid-level managers and the
role they play in the success of the practice, the
management team, and the patient experience.
The curriculum includes pre-work, live webinars,
interactive sessions, and post-work with a new
