Refractive Surgery in Irregular Corneas. It will
aim to increase knowledge of refractive options
for irregular corneas. The Perfect Save: Chal-
lenging Cases Managed by International Experts
will also take place during this time. This sym-
posium will focus on case-based cataract sur-
gery, including management of complications,
new technology, IOL calculations, and advanced
techniques to improve surgical outcomes.
On Monday from 1:30–3:00 p.m., the
ASCRS Cataract Clinical Committee will spon-
sor Surgical and Pharmacological Approaches
to Presbyopia Management. The focus of this
symposium will be presbyopia management
in 2022. The Essential Cornea In-Office Proce-
dures: Case-Based Management symposium will
also take place during this time, focusing on
essential corneal procedures that can be done in
the office.

Wrapping up the meeting's symposia on
Monday from 3:30–5:00 p.m. will be two
sessions. The Bachelor(ette) symposium will
be moderated by David Chang, MD, and will
feature four patients on a journey to find their
perfect IOL for life. Faculty experts pitch their
best recommendations, and the audience makes
the selection. The Innovations in Anterior
Segment Surgery session will feature interna-
tional faculty discussing what's new in anterior
segment surgery.
