Main registration opens on Monday, February 3, 2020. February 3–March 10: Tier one registration March 11–April 7: Tier two registration April 8–April 28: Tier three registration April 29–May 19: Tier four registration Housing Book your meeting housing through onPeak, the official provider for the ASCRS and ASOA Annual Meetings.* Hotel rooms have been specially contracted and on average are 50% lower than what you'll find on other travel booking sites. The last day for reservations is April 21, 2020. *Please beware of any company or travel agency other than onPeak that claims to be an official hotel provider for the ASCRS and ASOA Annual Meetings.
