Educational Objectives
Ophthalmologists who attend this course will:
• Modify and customize platform-specific phaco settings to maximize outcomes for routine cataract surgery
• Identify details regarding phacoemulsification function in fluidics and power modulation, peristaltic and venture pumps, nuclear disassembly techniques,
and hydrodissection
• List platform-specific settings and clinical procedure techniques to navigate common complicating factors and surgical issues in cataract surgery
